-As a Company rule all sales are final and non refundable. Stairlifts even when installed on a straight staircase are modified and custom fitted to each customers home. We do offer buy back services for the components that may be reusable in the re manufacturing of stairlifts as recycled parts. This process is driven solely by the level of customization required to initially manufacture your stairlift.
-Returns are not allowed as if the consumer removed the stairlift themselves all parts are deemed unusable regardless of their nature (Custom versus Standard).
-SOME straight stairlifts will be of a standard enough nature and also qualify for a satisfaction guarantee program in which the company will remove the stairlift and accept a return within 30 days of a trial installation with only the price of the installation and removal held out of the original purchase price. (Model 260 Lifts NEVER qualify due to their 100 percent custom nature) If a lift qualifies for this process it will be clearly identified on the main signed document when the salesman completes the evaluation and recommendations.
-All deposits are non refundable as they always represent the need for customization specific to the consumers home. The amount that this represents will always be show clearly in writing on the Contract Documents the consumer is presented while the sales person is in their home.
-Model 260 Stairlifts represent a fully custom built lift and cannot be used in any other home in part or in whole. When the consumer contracts the company to manufacture and install a model 260 stairlift the consumer is responsible for the the entire contract amount. However if the consumer issues a “Stop order” or “cancellation” PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY TO ALL 260 ORDERS AND CONTRACTS. STOP ORDERS OR CANCELLATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED CERTIFIED MAIL TO P.O. BOX 778 Bountiful, Colorado 84011.
